Vegetarian Day-After-Bar Mitzvah Brunch

Zucchini and feta cheese quiche, tomato and basil salad, summer fruit salad, almond and cranberry green salad.


Vegetarian Shabbat Dinner

Ratatouille served over creamy goat cheese polenta, with an almond and cranberry green salad. Banana chocolate caramel bundt cake for dessert.

Birthday Party

Roasted chicken thighs and root vegetables on a bed of quinoa with a green salad. "Naked" carrot cake for dessert


Retreat Lunch

Mediterranean spread including: hummus, babaganoush, cucumber feta salad, tabouleh salad, and pita bread. Strawberry crumb cookies for dessert.

Non-Profit Board Meeting

Meat lasagna and veggie lasagna, green salad, baguette. Oatmeal crisps for dessert.
